
Private SessionsWorking one-on-one is a collaborative process. Each person is unique. The systems of yoga and ayurveda provide ways to understand the challenges and benefits of our unique qualities and offers time-tested ways of how to balance them. Susanne listens to your intensions and concerns and offers options to choose from of yoga practices, dietary considerations, lifestyle routines and support for making the changes. These are especially helpful to provide balance for those in general good health, to compliment what your doctor or therapist recommends or when it's a concern that there aren't treatments for, as when you aren't in a state of disease, but don't feel quite yourself. Susanne's extensive study and training provide her with tools that are especially helpful in one-on-one sessions. As an Integrative Yoga Therapy certified Professional Yoga Therapist, Susanne uses the ancient systems of yoga and ayurveda—a healing system that has been helping people live in health for 4000 years. With her training in the Kripalu School of Ayurveda she can teach you how to find balance for your unique constitution by paying attention to the foods and lifestyle that is best for you. Her certification from Dharmic Yoga—an anatomy-based yoga program have provided understand of how the muscle and joints work. Richard Miller's iRest Yoga Nidra trained her to work with you one-on-one inquiry and meditation process and to offer and record a meditation specific for your needs. Susanne is a certified ACSM Wellness Coach who can be your advocate to clarify and stay on track with your self-defined goals for a healthy lifestyle.
