I have been a yoga teacher in the Westchester, NY area for over 17 years.  My original certification is with Katonah Yoga in classical Hatha Yoga, Classical Taoist Theory, Teacher Practicum, and Profession Ethics and Practices.  Over the years I have continued my growth and have added certifications and studies to include Energy Healing 1-6 at Westchester Community College and Esoteric Healing “The Brain and Beyond” and a “Soul Focused Living, A New Beginning” with the JJ Esoteric Foundation. My spiritual studies are all inclusive but my daily practice is “A Course in Miracles”, Foundation for Inner Peace. I have a passion for both astrology and essential oils and I am a founding and participating member with the Divine Enthusiasts.

Stacy loves experimenting in the kitchen and developing tasty meals to enjoy with family in friends.  Her style of food changed recently to more healing foods as she battled fatigue, auto immune disease and high cholesterol.  When doctors had no answers other then medication, she began to change her lifestyle to reduce stress and change her diet to add more whole food ingredients that are packed with nutrients.  As Chief Flavor Officer, she knows that what you put on your fork matters and found that you can eat a nutritious diet without sacrificing taste.  She is excited to share meals with the retreat participants.  When Stacy isn’t experimenting in the kitchen, she enjoys being outdoors and enjoying the beauty of nature.
