Rhodella Hughes
Rhodella is the Owner/Director of Yoga in the Adirondacks, LLC (YITA) and The Divine Acres, LLC, a sustainable family farm that is home to YITA. Along with her YTT 200-hour training she is certified in AromaYoga, Reiki Level ll, Oneness Deeksha Giver, Thai Yoga Massage, Foot Reading: connection to personality & health. Rhodella is a passionate Young Living Essential Oil Educator/Distributor. When Rhodella isn’t practicing Yoga you can find her in the garden, taking care of the farm animals, and enjoying the blessed journey - staying true to her soul.
Amy Kaufman
Amy is a Reiki Master, leader of Guided Meditations, and published author. As a mother and wife, Amy is a natural giver of love, support, and herself. Amy leads guided meditations that focus on chakra healing. You can find Amy spending her days walking her dog Mia in the sunshine, and snapping some photos for her blog. Check out Amy here.
Mary Gathmann
YTT 200 + Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery Certification, Mary found yoga after working for 25 years in international business. Her classes focus on breath and body control. She uses an iRest style of yoga that caters to the needs of all different types of students. In her free time, Mary is blazing through the Appalachian Trail. Check out Mary here.
Linda Lonergan
Linda is a Senior Clinical Nutritionist at Nutrition Kaye with over 20 years experience, specializing in customized plans for all nutritional needs. Linda writes a column, "Health and Wellness" for newspapers and magazines. She hosts the public access TV show “Welcome to Wellness”, sharing the best Northern Westchester has to offer in fitness, health, and well-being. She loves rock hunting and Shinrin Yuku (forest bathing.) Check out Linda here.
Dianne Delfino
Dianne has been as passionate chef for as long as she can remember. Over the years her mission is to make all of the family and favorite recipes into healthier versions - making sure they are nutritious and delicious!
