Our Beginnings
The story about Yoga in the Adirondacks at The Divine Acres begins with its establishment in September 2015. Rhodella practiced yoga with the original owner of Yoga in the Adirondacks for many years. It was a gift from God when Patrick and Rhodella Hughes were allowed to purchase the 10-acre property in Bakers Mills, which sits in the Adirondack Park of New York. They feel blessed for the opportunity to create The Divine Acres. Since then, Rhodella has become a 500-hour registered yoga teacher.

In 2019, The Divine Acres completed a 9-month journey in renovating the 1905 farmhouse. It's spectacular! You can see the white 1905 farmhouse sitting on the hill as you drive up the 500-foot, pine tree-lined, unpaved driveway. The inspiration begins and you can feel the energy right away.
The farmhouse includes a lobby/store, a meditation room, a massage room, an eat-in country kitchen, a full glass picture windows porch providing additional dining/living room space with scenic mountain views, 2 full bathrooms, and 4 double occupancy bedrooms.
